iPhone 16 series can now be pre-booked in India. In simple words, this is saying customers will be able to pay an advance token amount for securing the iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max before they reach the country’s shelves on September 20. Authorized third-party retailers are already announcing discounts and cashback offers on the new iPhone models. As per the rollout plan by the company, all four handsets will feature Apple Intelligence, and will not be available locally in English in India until next year.
iPhone 16 Series Price in India 2024
The 128GB base iPhone 16 model will be priced at Rs 79,900, and the variant of the larger iPhone 16 Plus is going to start at 128GB for Rs 89,900. These handsets will come in Black, Pink, Teal, Ultramarine, and White colorways.
The iPhone 16 Pro starts at Rs. 1,19,900 for the base variant with 128GB, and the iPhone 16 Pro Max goes all the way up to Rs. 1,44,900 for the base variant with 256GB of storage. Both versions are available in four color options Titanium, Desert Titanium, Natural Titanium, and White Titanium.
iPhone 16 Series Pre-Order
Booking is allowed on the iPhone 16 series from Apple’s website and a collection of the smartphones would be available from Apple BKC in Mumbai or Apple Saket in Delhi from September 20 onwards. Delivery is estimated between four to seven days, although this number generally goes up with the demand for the handsets.
While announcing the iPhone 16 series on Wednesday, Apple promised consumers would be able to get a Rs. 5,000 discount if they had American Express, Axis Bank, and ICICI Bank cards. The company would give a maximum of Rs. 67,500 on exchanging handsets, besides 3-month and 6-month no-cost EMI options.
Third-party retailers already offer cashback offers and exchange bonuses on the purchase of the iPhone 16 series. Presently, these offers are being provided by Aptronix, iVenus, Imagine, iFuture, and Unicorn.
As per the retailers, at Aptronix, Unicorn, and Imagine, the iPhone 16 series will be available for booking and also enjoy cashback offers worth Rs.5,000 and Rs.4,000 on iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro from SBI, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and ICICI Bank, respectively, apart from exchange bonuses of Rs.8,000.
All SBI, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and ICICI Bank cards will get the same cashback offers that have been enlisted above but with a lower additional exchange bonus from the retailer side of Rs. 6,000.
